If the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, 100% of the total amount is charged.
If the booking is cancelled within 2-7 days before Check-in, 50% of the total booking amount is charged
If the booking is cancelled within 8-14 days before Check-in, 25% of the total booking amount is charged
No cancellation amount is charged if cancelled 15 days before Check-in.
Any booking which is part cancelled, postponed or booking date brought forward is subject to the cancellation policy for the previously made booking
The full amount will be refunded in case of natural disasters (such as earthquakes, landslides, and floods), or states of war/ political disturbances.
